was founded in 1999 by my husband Stan and myself.
We started out with one single co-located server
in a data center in Ohio. Working from our spare
bedroom converted into an office, I would make the
contacts and Stan would admin the server. He was
a Unix guru working for Motorola at the time. We
built our business server by server and by building
relationships with our clients. We consider all
clients family and understand each of their business'.
Our relationships with clients is more like a business
partnership. To our clients, we are more than just
a hosting provider.
Years later and
100's of servers later, we still foster those same
great relationships. From long term clients to new
clients, from large corporate accounts to small
personal accounts, we provide the same great service
and care to all.
How did we make
prices: We originally entered the market
years ago during the high cost bandwidth era. We worked
hard with our suppliers on breaking the price barrier
on high quality bandwidth and hardware. While we have
never claimed to have the lowest prices around, we do
have very competitive pricing. Our service is what makes
a slightly higher price more attractive. Affordability
plus personal service has made us #1, and it will continue
to be our focus as we expand and improve our services.
